I work all day in front of a computer and I constantly had pain between my shoulder blades. After two weeks of wearing it for an hour in the evening, I stand much straighter naturally, even without wearing it. Really satisfied.

Effective for reminding me to straighten up; you immediately feel it when you start to slouch. The only downside is that at first it rubs a little under the arms, but after adjusting the straps it went away. Good product.
